Terms of service 

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis, starting from the date of your first payment.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Payment Method: You authorize KirriculumbyKK to charge your payment method for all subscription fees until canceled.

Price Changes: We may update our pricing at any time, and will provide at least 30 days’ notice before changes take effect.

Limited License: KirriculumbyKK grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the curriculum kits for your personal or organizational educational purposes.

Prohibited Uses: You may not:

1. Share, resell, distribute, or give access to our curriculum kits to anyone outside your subscription account.
   
   

2. Edit, modify, or alter the content in any way that removes or changes the KirriculumbyKK branding, copyrights, or attributions.
   
   

3. Claim ownership of any KirriculumbyKK materials or present them as your original creations.
   
   

4. Use our content for commercial purposes without express written consent.

All curriculum kits, designs, text, images, and other materials provided are the exclusive property of KirriculumbyKK and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.

Any activity under your account is your responsibility, even if performed by someone else.

If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

KirriculumbyKK reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund if you violate these Terms, misuse our Services, or engage in illegal activity. 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KirriculumbyKK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the 3 months preceding the claim. 

Our curriculum kits and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles. 

KirriculumbyKK may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website with the “Effective Date” updated. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
